Nithyananda Contracts for Sanyasis, Adheenavasis, Volunteers, Participants to be at Bidadi Ashram Dynapeetam

Nithyananda does not let people know what they are in for with regards to contracts until they are at the ashram in a duress situation having paid for flights, taken time off work, sold belongings, paid for courses (as much as US$15000 for 25 days) and already made such a commitment that it is near impossible for them to not sign a long contract presented to them to be signed in an extremely pressurised and time limited environment.

I often see cult bloggers & youtubers talk about the non-disclosure agreement that was leaked years ago from 2005 by an ex-devotee, but that legal document is no longer used by Nithyananda. It's 12+ years old now! Here are the latest legal forms that Nithyananda uses to try to keep himself from being sued...

This is allegedly an older 10 page  NDA, confiscated by India Criminal Investigation Division (CID Police) in a raid on Bidadi Ashram Dynapeetam in 2010, that also incorporates the 3 page addendum of a sex contract which includes the following paragraph:
"Volunteer understands that the Program may involve the learning and practice of ancient tantric secrets associated with male and female ecstasy, including the use of sexual energy for increased intimacy/spiritual connection, pleasure, harmony, and freedom. Volunteer understands that these activities could be physically and mentally challenging, and may involve nudity, access to visual images, graphic visual depictions, and descriptions of nudity and sexual activity, close physical proximity and intimacy, verbal and written descriptions and audio sounds of a sexually oriented, and erotic nature, etc."]

Nithyananda personally confessed to donors in March 2010 about video being true (not morphed as he alleged later), that he had sex with many persons, that the sex-contract (i.e. NDA or  Non-Disclosure Agreements) were being used for many years (at least since 2005). Nithyananda also admitted that he misrepresented his organization as being charitable entities, because most of the money collected in USA through his organizations was sent to Nithyananda. (Refer Pg 25 for more details). Nithyananda and his secretaries have also confirmed about existence of the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement, better known as “sex contract”).  (refer Pg 40)
